Mexican Firing Squad Special

Variation – Fire & Ice:


  • Tequila
  • Lime Juice
  • Grenadine
  • Bitters
  • Ice


Blend this:

  • 1/2 shot Frangelico
  • 1/2 shot Baileys
  • 1/2 shot Kahlua
  • 1/2 shot Creme de Cacao (optional)
  • 1/2 shot honey
  • 1 shot cream
  • Ice

Rim glass with chocolate sauce, pour in the blended mixture and garnish with Toblerone and almonds / chocolate / nougat.

Rhubarb / Gin

This is still experimental.
Top one: ingredients as shown (gin, saffron, rhubarb, tonic, vanilla galliano, white wine).
Bottom one: gin, mint ice, rhubarb ice, lime juice, tonic.

If you know where I can find Rhubarb juice / puree, contact me. It takes me over an hour to prepare from fresh (but I do freeze some in ice cube trays).

Orange Cinnamon Gin

  • 1 shot Tanqueray Rangpur Gin
  • 1 splash Cointreau French Orange Liqueur (optional)
  • Tonic Water
  • Ice

Cut a long thin piece of orange rind, trim the edges to make it a thin long streamer. Twist and place on top of ice.

Add a cinnamon stick. I’m not usually a fan of cosmetic food standards, but in this case, you want a cinnamon stick which is joined to itself so that it functions as a straw.

Espresso Martini

  • 1 shot coffee from the machine
  • 1 shot Absolut Vodka
  • 1 shot Kahlua
  • Ice

Add to shaker, shake like crazy, strain into a martini glass, top with 3 coffee beans.

Almond Joy

Shake this with ice, garnish with chocolate/almond/coconut.

  • 1 shot Amaretto Almond Liqueur
  • 1 shot Creme de Cacao
  • 1 shot Malibu Coconut Rum
  • 2 shots cream/ice cream/milk


Shake this with ice, garnish with Rafaellos/coconut.

  • 1 shot Creme de Cacao
  • 1 shot Malibu Coconut Rum
  • 2 shots coconut milk

 Whiskey Sour

  • 1 shot Whiskey
  • 2 shot Lemon
  • 1/2 shot Sugar or Simple Syrup
  • Ice
  • A lot of people use egg whites, but I hate the smell!
  • Shake & serve, garnish with a glace cherry

Whiskey Smash

  • Whiskey
  • Lemon
  • Mint Leaves
  • Sugar or Simple Syrup
  • Ice


Shake this:

  • 1/2 shot Frangelico
  • 1/2 shot Baileys
  • 1/2 shot vodka
  • 1/2 shot Nutella
  • Ice

Rim glass with Nutella & dip in crushed hazelnuts, swirl Nutella around glass, strain in the shaken mixture.

60mL vodka, 30mL berry liqueur, 30ml pineapple juice, shake with ice, garnish with fresh raspberries
